• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of names, spellings, phrases, logos, or other design details.

• Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

• Custom items cannot be returned or refunded, unless damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.

4. Bulk Orders

Bulk orders may require:

• A deposit or full advance payment

• Approval of design proofs before production

• Longer processing and delivery times

Bulk orders are non-cancellable once production has started.

5. Pricing & Payments

7. Cancellation Policy

Custom Orders:

Cannot be canceled once the design has been approved or production has started.

Bulk Orders:

Cannot be canceled after confirmation and production initiation.

8. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, most items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns or replacements are only accepted if:

• The product is damaged or defective

• The design, size, or color does not match the order

• There is a manufacturing error

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
