Return & Refund Policy — The Royal Styles

At The Royal Styles, we take pride in offering high-quality DTF printed t-shirts, embroidery design t-shirts, and custom apparel. Since many of our items are made-to-order, we follow a transparent and fair return/refund process to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Because our products are custom-made, including:

  • DTF printed t-shirts

  • Embroidery design t-shirts

  • Custom text or personalized products

  • Bulk order items

These products cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been processed or produced.

We encourage customers to review designs, sizes, colors, and text details carefully before finalizing their order.

2. Return/Refund Eligibility (Accepted Only in Certain Cases)

We accept returns or issue refunds only if:

  • The item you received is damaged or defective

  • The product has a printing/embroidery error caused by us

  • You received the wrong size, design, or color different from what you ordered

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

3. Replacement Policy

If your item qualifies due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery:

  • We will replace the item at no extra cost, or

  • Offer a store credit, if preferred

Refunds are issued only when replacement is not possible.

4. Cancellation Policy

a. Custom Orders

Orders for custom text, personalized prints, or embroidery cannot be canceled once design processing or production has started.

b. Bulk Orders

Bulk orders require advance confirmation and cannot be canceled after production has begun.

5. No Returns for Size Issues

We do not accept returns for wrong size selection unless the size delivered was incorrect compared to the order.

To avoid sizing issues, we provide a size chart—please check measurements before ordering.

6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address submitted by the customer

However, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier whenever possible.

7. How to Request a Return, Replacement, or Refund

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or replacement, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product:
